A paralyzing eyestalk harvested from a beholder was boiled in a broth, and poured down the throat of a dwarven ringsmith. Nit one fortnight thence, he crafted this ring.

• Paralyzing Ray: 2-turn Necromancy Spell that can Paralyze a target. Usable once per Long Rest and requires a Constitution Saving Throw to pass or fail it.
