You need to find a way to CC the Undead Dragon when it flies into the air and it does its charged attack. You can stun the creature using skills lie Banish, Turn Undead, Mind Blast (Illithid Power), Command (Flee), Concussive Smash, or any other form of CC that can effect Undead creatures.
Crash Landing
In the Wyrmway, wait until the dragon is midflight, then knock it out of the sky - KAPOW.
