Detailed Location

This quest follows the “An Errant Flock” side quest—head to where the stash is in Gea Kul to find Edgar.

After speaking to him, you’ll find out he was supposed to meet up with Suna, who has disappeared, so he asks you to help him find her. There are three people to talk to here, and they are:

Bartiuas - Behind the waypoint.
Savioh - On the pier, south of Bartiuas.
Jeserica - Near the Blacksmith.

Jeserica will be the one to give you the information you need, and apparently, Suna was arrested by the Knight’s Penitent the night before. Head back to Edgar to let him know what you’ve learned.

Edgar will tell you that it’s Osric, an Inquisitor of the Knights Penitent who may have done this, and he’ll ask if you can save her. You’ll get the Quest item “Inquisitor’s Insignia” which allows you to pretend that you’re an informant.

Make your way to the Knight Penitent who can be found to your left, and speak to them. After questioning your choice of outfit, he will let you into the house next to him. Enter the house, and immediately, you’ll hear them questioning Suna about being a spy.

Once you’ve spoken to the Inquisitor, they’ll call you out, and you’ll have to defeat them. With them defeated, speak to Suna to complete the quest, but this story isn’t over yet, and you’ll get the follow-up quest Justice Delayed.

In-Game Description

Edgar has extended an offer to meet him in Gea Kul.
Edgar was supposed to meet Suna, but she never arrived. I should ask around Gea Kul to see if anyone knows anything.
Edgar wants my help to rescue Suna from the Knights Penitent. I must present myself as an informant to keep them distracted.
