Description
A ceremonial regalia sword, long wielded by rulers of Vermund. The blade’s edge is dulled, its luster lost. Cannot be equipped as a weapon.
How to find / Location
Given to the player by a guard of 
Vernworth Castle during the game’s main story. Obtaining it begins the 
Dulled Steel, Cold Forge side quest.
