How to Obtain
Obtained when using the 
Steal skill on Jin the Charlatan, an enemy encountered during 
Neuras’ final Bond quest. May also be dropped when the enemy is defeated.
Can also be obtained when using the Steal skill on Voidblack Homo Pento, an enemy that appears later in the game (and similarly has a chance of dropping when it is defeated.)

I got this weapon by stealing from Neuras' last bond quest mini boss. If you steal and happen to get the same weapon on battle result, you'll get two of this weapon in one playthrough.
Very powerful for merchant / tycoon build.

Hey, I've just progressed further in the game and found out that you can obtain this weapon on the last dungeon as well.
it's a rare drop from Voidblack Homo Pento, you can use steal for this.
