Boxing Dugong Waford Enemies

Description

A subspecies of Kung Fu Dugong whose blue and red skin
makes them look like boxers. They are characterized by
the foot(?)work with their tail fins. If they can’t
stand up by a count of ten, then tend to give up and
lay on the ground. They are rivals with Karate Dugongs,
and a fight ensues whenever they meet. They focus too
much on hand-to-hand combat, and are weak to ranged
weapons. Also, their serious nature makes them more
likely to fall for jokes and surprise attacks. The
gloves on their hands are actually to protect against
the cold.
