This trophy has you using the Groovitron against every single enemy in the game. Let's get a few things out of the way for clarification, as there is a lot of confusion surrounding this trophy. First and foremost, the Groovitron upgrades to the Groovibomb at level 5 and either one of these will count towards the trophy. Second, the only thing that matters is that the enemy starts its dancing animation, so you don't need to actually sit and wait for the entire animation to play out or have the Groovitron disappear.
It's a good idea to do this on your Challenge Mode playthrough, as you retain all of your weapons when you start it. It is possible to get this on your initial playthrough, but it requires you to go out of your way and grab the Groovitron before facing the first boss. Plus, you save yourself the pain of at least enjoying your first playthrough without worrying about something like this trophy.
While it is possible to do this trophy across multiple playthroughs of the same file (start in normal mode, then continue in Challenge), it is a bit glitchy it seems. So, the best thing to do is to wait until Challenge Mode and do everything in one playthrough. This ensures that you get all of the enemies from the very beginning and shouldn't have to start over from a fresh Challenge Mode playthrough.
