Jackals may have run off with it. Be sure to search high and low.

You found Ruka’s earring and brought it back to her only to realize belatedly that it had gotten damaged in the skirmish. She reassured you that it was fine, but her bright smile couldn’t completely conceal how upset she was to see the earring in that state.
