Although he has recovered his love letter, Keshi has been too scared to deliver it to the girl he likes and asks you to give it to her in his stead. Head to 
Rhata Harbor and look for a girl named Cheeka.
Request Notes (End)
Cheeka refused to accept Keshi’s letter, stating that she felt words from the heart should be expressed by the one whose feelings they are. However, she was willing to wait as long as it takes for Keshi to muster up the courage to come see her in person. When you relayed this message to Keshi, it seemed to give him the final push he needed, and you left him to sort through his emotions. Perhaps he’ll give Cheeka the letter tomorrow, or perhaps he’ll finally go speak to her in person. For their sake, here’s hoping that tomorrow comes sooner rather than later.
