In-game Description (Abilities)

Until the end of combat, the target recovers +(psyker’s psy rating + bonus, / 2) wounds at the beginning of each of their turns and removes one toxin, stunned, immobilised, bleeding, blinded, staggered, or fatigued effect. If the target has several effects, the removed effect is selected randomly.
