The Last Plan Crime Lord

Description

Once per combat, if the crime lord has at least 1 stack of sure-fire plan, they do not die from lethal damage. Instead, they heal (5 x sure-fire plan stacks)% of maximum wounds, lose all stacks, and can no longer gain sure-fire plan stacks.
