• Dazing Echo: When a creature with Reverberation deals damage to the wearer, the creature needs to make a Constitution Saving Throw or become Dazed.

The Thunderskin Cloak can be purchased from Araj Oblodra, an NPC who can be found at Moonrise Towers, in the Shadow-Cursed Lands during Act 2.
