Dualcast Special Materia

Description

Enables equipped magic to be cast twice in succession. Doubles MP cost as well. Does not work with Flare or Ultima. Once an item that grants 0 MP costs is equipped, Dualcast becomes extremely powerful coupled with strong spells like Energy, Quake, Electrocute, and Graviga.
