Head over to The Hanged Man and search the back area for three crates and a chest - complex and if you helped out Martin his shop will be open. Find Varric in his room and speak with him to finish this quest.

Isabela’s Ongoing Search
You can find Isabela downstairs from Varric. You can really sway her Friendship or Rivalry depending on what you tell her. Regardless of your words the quest completes.

Visit Anders
Go to Anders Clinic in Darktown and talk things over with him. After the conversation ends, so does the quest.
