Comptroller’s Home. Head upstairs to the second floor and enter the room on the right. Next to the bed and the right wall, you’ll find a large bag containing the 
Courtly Tunic.

Inside the 
Watchhead’s Home. From the main entrance head into the dining room on your left. There will be a large bag against the right wall next to the wardrobe. Contains Courtly Tunic x1.
3. Vernworth Map
Inside the Comptroller’s Home. Head upstairs to the second floor and enter the room on the right. Next to the bed and the right wall, you’ll find a large bag containing the Courtly Tunic.
