Description

Dragon Heart cannot be consumed but is used to trade at the Church of Dragon Communion for Dragon-based Incantations.

Location

Dragon Heart drops from the following Dragons in the game:

• Borealis, the Freezing Fog in Mountaintop of the Giants, in the frozen lake northeast of the map.
• Decaying Ekzykes in Caelid, east of Caelid Highway South.
• Flying Dragon Agheel in Limgrave (Agheel Lake).
• Flying Dragon Greyll in Caelid on the Farum Greatbridge.
• Glintstone Dragon Adula first found roaming in the Three Sisters area. After dealing sufficient damage it will teleport to the Cathedral of Manus Celes where it can be killed. Drops x3 Dragon Hearts.
• Glintstone Dragon Smarag in Liurnia of the Lakes.
• Elder Dragon Greyoll in the Caelid region, surrounded by smaller dragons. Drops x5 Dragon Hearts upon defeat.
• Great Wyrm Theodorix found in the frozen lake north of Albinaurics Rise near the entrance of the Cave of the Forlorn. Drops x3 Dragon Hearts upon defeat.
• Magma Wyrm Makar found in northern Liurnia of the Lakes (boss of Ruin Strewn Precipice).
• Magma Wyrm inside the Volcano Manor Legacy Dungeon.
• Magma Wyrm in the lava lake next to Seethewater Terminus in Mt. Gelmir.
• Magma Wyrm inside Gael Tunnel at Caelid.
• x3 Glintstone Dragon west of Moonlight Altar. They drop x1 Dragon Heart each.
