The mark for this mission is a Raktavija - which is not a mob we are familiar with. It is located within the Steppes - so head in the direction of the stone that we have been using for teleporting - for the record that is the Archylte Steppe Central Expanse.
If you equip accessories that give you magic defense bonuses and use shell, you should be protected from most of the damage dealt out in this battle. If you can manage to cast weak on the enemy, switch your party to Ravager / Ravager / Ravager and stagger him quickly.
