Ranaman, the son of a Carja noble, barely escaped his father’s estate when machines attacked. He says that it was a Ravager and some Watchers who attacked, so it’s time to get going. The estate is located south and a little east of Meridian Village. Take the southern path out of the village and at the split, continue going south to eventually arrive at The Estate. Situated out front is a Ravager, with two Watchers walking around. Use the tall grass to quickly make short work of the Watchers, then go after the Ravager.
Remember to destroy the cannon on its shoulder first, which will basically reduce the Ravager to a Sawtooth in terms of combat. When all of the machines are dismantled, you’ll have to enter the workshop, only to see that the doors are locked. Luckily for you, there are some footholds on the backside that you can use to get to the second floor. Once you get inside, drop down and inspect the beeping device. Exit via the door and head on over to the estate, only to hear some screaming coming from inside. Loot the place, since loot almost always comes first, then check the cupboard on the ground floor.
The person inside is Ranaman’s sister and as you talk with her outside, you find out that Ranaman isn’t who he seems. He shows up and attempts to call more machines to take care of his dirty work, only to have it backfire on him. Three Glinthawks have shown up and it’s up to you to clip their wings. If you knocked off the Ravager’s cannon earlier, you can use that to help out a bit. Otherwise, use fire arrows to bring the Glinthawks to the ground, where you can apply a harsher punishment. When they are all dead, speak with Daradi at the house and she will reward you for finishing the quest.
