Smoke is the very first power Delsin obtains in the game and can work very well in his favor, especially during Good Karma playthroughs, as some abilities make it infinitely easier to subdue enemies. While the in-game description says it has surprising mobility, there are better powers for getting around the map. It is a fairly mid to close range power and one you’ll likely be used to the most.
Press Circle to transform into a fast-moving cloud of smoke. Useful for closing in on isolated enemies or escaping combat to recover. Passes through fences and other obstacles.

It’s been seven years since the Cole McGrath episodes and the world has clearly changed.
