• Starting Equipment for the Pyric Cultist class.
• Can be purchased from the Tortured Prisoner for 650 Vigor at the top area of Skyrest Bridge, outside the arena where you fought Pieta. Players must first free her from the prison cell in Skyrest Bridge and rest at a vestige for her to move.
