How to Capture and Breed Anubis in Palworld

By
Matt Chard

One of the best Pals in Palworld is "Anubis" iconAnubis. What makes Anbuis, so great is that it has the highest level of "Handiwork" iconHandiwork while also having a high level of "Mining" iconMining too, which makes it great for the base. Anubis’ greatness doesn’t stop there, though, as it’s a force to be reckoned with in combat as well due to being the only Pal that has an innate dodge that allows it to avoid enemy attacks with a sidestep. You can find Anubis in the center of the !Twilight Dunes area as a boss, but unless you’re in your mid-forties, you won’t be able to get it yet without breeding it. Read on to find out exactly where to find Anubis, and what you need to breed it.

Anubis can be found in the Twilight Dunes as a boss.

Anubis Location - The Twilight Dunes

As stated earlier, you can find Anubis in the Twilight Dunes as a level 47 boss. The Twilight Dunes is the small desert area in the center of the map (not to be confused with the Dessicated Desert) due east of the Sealed Realm of the Winged Tyrant POI or north of the "Cinnamoth" iconCinnamoth Forest POI. Anubis will roam the desert during the day, mainly moving around the central or eastern side of the area, roughly around these coordinates X:-134 Y:-93 (Map Marker) . Anubis is a Ground-Type Pal, which makes it weak to Grass and strong against Electric, so bear that in mind when you fight it. Although Anubis is level 47, you can get it a lot earlier if you breed it, and with its powerful base skills, you’ll want to do just that.

Anubis will roam the central/eastern part of the Twilight Dunes.

How to Breed Anubis

Before you can breed anything in Palworld, you’ll need a "Breeding Farm" iconBreeding Farm which is unlocked at level 19, an Egg Incubator (level 7 ancient technology), cake, and two Pals that love each other very much. You can learn how to breed or make a cake with our Breeding Guide and Cake Guide respectively. Now that you have everything in place, you’ll need to choose one of the following combinations, place them into the Breeding Farm, and place the "Cake" iconCake in the chest that is joined onto the farm.

Anubis Breed Combinations

The following combinations are some earlier combinations you can do to get Anubis. There are more, but by the time you access them you’ll be at the level to get it outright, so you’d only use them to breed the best version of the Pal.
