You actually come out on the cliff to the north of the Turtlez that you passed earlier. If you walk to the edge of the cliff you can Summon the Rockgagong to enter the dungeon or Challenge the Rockgagong to fight it. DO NOT TRY THIS without saving, as you will need to come back to this at the end of the game.

You can challenge the Rockgagong to steal his fur, which is needed for an Inn Request.

Head to the cottage for the Just a Tourist? skit next to the Turtlez and then head west to continue toward the capital. After you enter the new area, where you were previously eaten by the Rockgagong, go southwest to grab the Veggie Set x2 from a chest and then clear out the 1080 Gald and Syrup Bottle x 2 in the northern area.

Make your way west, getting the Blazing Crystal in the chest, and then check the Desert Bananas discovery to gain Banana x3 and the Private Lessons skit. You can now continue west to reach the capital, Yu Liberte.
