Piece of Heart #39¶

You’ll need to be Zora Link to understand Mikau’s diary.

This section is optional but it’s a short and rewarding side quest before going to the temple. Head to Zora Cape and enter Zora Hall.

Enter the first room on your right as Mikau, it’s his room! Tijo shares this room, he’s jamming on the drums. Use the Hookshot to reach the second tier then read the journal to learn two pieces to a song:

• Part 1: LRYL

• Part 2: RYXR
  Leave this room and head to Japas’ room, the next one down. After talking to him pull out your guitar to start a jam. Japas leads then you must follow with your part.

• Japas Part 1: YYRL -> LRYL

• Japas Part 2: XXYR -> RYXR
  Head into the next room down, it’s Evan’s. Take off the Zora Mask and play the entire song you and Japas made:

• Song: YYRLLRYL -> XXRYRYXR
  Evan will steal the song and give you a Piece of Heart to keep it quiet.

The Great Turtle¶

Head back outside and play New Wave Bossa Nova infront of Lulu to summon the Great Turtle. Take off the Zora Mask and use the Hookshot climb atop the Great Turtle and watch the comical scene. At the end of the ride, you’ll be at the Great Bay Temple.
