Popla Foothills Excavation Site Surface Cave

In-game Description

The Popla Foothills Excavation Site contains a locked room with a chest inside, which contains a Topaz. To get inside the room, you need to lift the chest using Ultrahand and then place it on the platform just in front of the bars. This will lift the bars and allow you to get inside. You’ll also find a Bubbulfrog in a chamber which can be accessed by heading directly opposite from where you found the chest, through a hole in the wall above.
