Time Dilation to stand on the Sled and then reverse time (Recall) to get up to the next area.

Puzzle 2
Construct a fan boat using the Sled + Fan + Steering to get to the other side.

Treasure !Chest
Bear the Fan Boat to the left and follow the water around to get to the chest for Arrow x10.
