Grand Theft Auto V

Closing The Deal

Quick Mission Guide

Follow these steps to complete the mission successfully without worrying about medal requirements. If you need help with the Gold Medal, check here.

  1. Once you’ve completed Extra Commission, meet up with Josh to begin this mission.
  2. Find Lenny - After the scene has come to a close, head over to Rockford Hills to find Lenny showcasing a home.
  3. Chase Lenny - Finally, chase Lenny down and give him a few punches to complete the mission.

Gold Medal Requirements:

  1. Pulverizer - Use a melee weapon to beat up Avery.
  2. Seized - Stop Avery’s car within 00:40.

Pulverizer

Once you have stopped Avery’s car, simply take out a melee weapon and beat him. Only once though because as tempting as it is to pummel his face, you will fail the mission if you kill him. A nightstick is a good weapon to use.

(1 of 2) Ram the car to bring Lenny to a stop

Ram the car to bring Lenny to a stop (left), then give him a few punches. (right)

Seized

The Comet is an insanely fast car so it helps to have a similar one of your own (Josh’s works well) or use a motorbike to chase him; you can find one in the driveway of a nearby house. Make sure to kill the owner though or you’ll have the cops on your tail. You have two options here: first, you can floor it and ram his car as soon as you get near and force him to get out. Or, the easier option is to shoot out his tyres as he drives away. Keep shooting the car and he’ll pull over. Just be quick about which option to take and keep close to him.
