This page is a walkthrough on how to defeat Okro Vagaduun in Halo Infinite. It’ll navigate you through the necessary steps to taking out Okro Vagaduun.

Head to this location on the map to find Okro Vagaduun.

Prerequisite:

Begin the Main Mission: Recovery

Description

For the last decade of the war, Okro ’Vagaduun was considered one of the most lethal infantry assets in the Covenant, and was granted the title Blademaster by the Minister of Resolution for his combat acumen and ability. The Target is known to carry a modified Energy Sword.

Okro Vagaduun Location

Once you begin the fourth mission, Recovery in Halo Infinite, you’ll arrive at a small island which has a few high value targets to deal with. One of which is Okro Vagaduun, which is a Sangheili who can be found southwest of FOB Golf.

How to Defeat Okro Vagaduun

As you arrive you’ll find several Grunts, Jackals and Elites surrounding Okro Vagaduun, so take them out from a distance by standing on the nearby hill and using a Stalker Rifle or any other long range weapon. Once Okro Vagaduun is the only one remaining, you can take him down in two ways. Use your grappleshot and sit on top of one of the hexagon pillars, as it’ll prevent Ogro from being able to instantly kill you with his Energy Sword.

(1 of 3) Take out the enemies with a long range weapon from the hill

Alternatively, you can go to the center of the area and steal his Duelist Energy Sword which you can use to one two shot him, but obviously this means he’ll have a major advantage, as he is also wielding an Energy Sword and he’s invisible.
