The Ebony Scissors are one of the three factions you need to beat before reaching the sovereign of cool.

How to Find and Beat Ricardo¶

The Ebony Scissors Faction consists of four members Ricardo (Leader), Ramone (Frenzied Cutter), Legrand (Graceful Dancer), and Kadru (Quick Cutter). If you want to challenge the leader, then you’ll need to beat all three underlings to get his attention.

Kadru, Ramon and Legrand can be found in the three locations listed above, but you’ll need to challenge Kadru first before the others will show up! In order to successfully beat them you’ll need to create an outfit based around the theme they’ve set and you can do this by filtering your wardrobe with these prompts and then select the first item on the menu as this will have the highest score in this category.

If you don’t get a perfect score then you can choose to see the score details to see what area needs improvements and then use the Glow Up App to level that specific piece up. However, this will require rare resources such as shiny bubbles so you’ll want to make sure you’re leveling up the correct piece to avoid wasting them!

Ricardo can be found to the south of the Mayor’s Residence in Florawish, but he’ll only be available during the night time so you may need to fast forward the time via the Run, Pear-Pal App. This Stylist Battle will be based around a Cool and Simple Theme. We found that the best way to win this battle is by upgrading the Rippling Serenity Outfit as much as you can via the Glow Up App as this will score you a lot of points by itself and then equipping any accessories with the highest score to just ensure you hit that perfect score.
