Professor Genki’s Mind Over Murder (or M.O.M. for short) is an activity that focuses on the Telekinesis power, which you learn at the end of Power Up CID . The entire point of this activity is to throw specific types of objects through their respective hoops. Blue hoops require people, green ones vehicles and the pink ones will require you to use the Genki-themed heads.

Make sure you throw the correct objects through their respective rings so you don’t lose time.

Each instance of M.O.M. will require you to clear one area and then move onto the next, with the timer constantly counting down. It can be one of the more challenging activities to get a Gold on, due to the mascot characters attacking you and sometimes not finding the right objects.

One tip for this is to set the difficulty down to Casual, as this will make it so the time requirements are increased. Also, try to get as close to the ring as possible when tossing the object, as you can make it register and then immediately use Telekinesis to grab the same object. This is especially useful when you have multiple of the same rings.
