Kinzie is more than a bit ticked off at Cyrus Temple, who has been running rampant through the simulation (and for the poodle skirt), so she has decided it’s time to put an end to him once and for all. Head to the island with all of the military and when you get there, steal one of the tanks. You’ll be going up against the Zin, since your Notoriety Meter goes off as soon as you set foot in the unrestricted zone.

Your goal, at the moment, is to go around with the tank and destroy the STAG equipment designated on your mini-map, which includes tanks, jeeps and even a jet or two. When you clear all of the equipment, Cyrus shows up in a jet and will likely destroy your tank before you get a clear shot on him. Blow up his jet and he’ll retreat to another spot.

Head to the next spot and you’ll see Cyrus alone, complete with a shield like the Wardens have. Do your usual thing and hit him with a super power to bring the shield down, then shoot him with any of your guns. The only difference is that Cyrus will disappear at certain times and call in reinforcements. The third time he does this, however, Kinzie will get powers and finish him off, ending the mission.
