Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands allows you to choose a secondary class once you’ve reached a certain point in the main story. You will have full access to that secondary class’s skill tree, as well as their Class Feat and Action Skills. This page will give information on the best secondary classes for the Spellshot class.
Graveborn Secondary Class¶
The Graveborn is an excellent secondary class for the Spellshot, as it specializes in dark magic and this can help keep you alive with its life-siphoning powers. In fact, Sanguine Sacrament, one of the skills, will allow you to regain health back with each casting of a spell. So, if you can manage to find spells with multiple charges that have a low cooldown, you can essentially keep the health portion of your life pretty full. Additionally, with a Feriore weapon that spawns familiars (at least, the Hydras and flying creatures), you can do a lot of damage with your spells and a certain skill loadout.
Stabbomancer Secondary Class¶
At first glance, the Stabbomancer doesn’t seem like it fits with the Spellshot, but it can have some pretty devastating results. From the Shadows, the second Action Skill for the Stabbomancer, can be utilized very efficiently with the right build. You can do a full critical hit build, with some specific skills and weapons, or simply focus on something like Frost damage.
Brr-Zerker Secondary Class¶
If you ever want to focus solely on dealing Frost damage to each and every enemy you meet, then you can’t go wrong with the Brr-Zerker for a secondary class. Of course, you will want to deal solely with ice magics here, but there is a slight problem, if you decide to use Ambi-Hextrous. Since you have two spells with that setup, you won’t be able to use the class fear for the Brr-Zerker, so you will have to go with one of the other Action Skills to benefit from it.
Spore Warden Secondary Class¶
The Spore Warden can be quite an appealing secondary class for the Spellshot, especially once you get all of the pieces together for a build. One such thing is to utilize the Barrage Action Skill, and build around that. Also, the Spore Warden has one of the more powerful skills in Wrath of Nature, since whenever an enemy is hit with Ability Damage, they will take extra damage for a short duration. That will be pretty much the bread and butter of a build utilizing this secondary class.
Clawbringer Secondary Class¶
While not the ideal secondary class for the Spellshot, you could probably make a good build that utilizes both Fire and Lightning damage, which is something in which the Clawbringer specializes. However, there’s not much to go with that can boost the spell damage on the Clawbringer tree, although Awe is a skill that can increase both Critical Hit Damage/Chance, if you use fire/lightning (respectively) damage. So, that would be a key component of the build, should you go this route.
