This is a guide for the Navia Ecological Park in Tower of Fantasy. Where to find–and how to enter–the Navia Ecological Park.
Navia Ecological Park Location¶
The Navia Ecological Park is a floating garden hovering high in the air above Navia Bay, in the Navia region. It’s south of Cetus Island, which is also hovering in the sky, at an even higher altitude.
The nearest spacerift is the one at Cetus Island or at Northern Seventh Day Forest.
How to Enter the Navia Ecological Park¶
The main entrance of the Navia Ecological Park is a teleporter island located directly below, on the waters of Navia Bay. However, the teleporter to the park is currently inoperational. To make it work again, you need to activate three radio towers in the Navia region.
Before going to the radio towers though, there are two things you need.
Obtain the Console Components from the Hyenas’ Navia Base¶
This part is somewhat time-consuming, so you may want to get it over and done with first.
You need to obtain the Console Components from Morgley, a bulky Hyena at the Hyenas’ base in Navia. The base is located on an unmarked oil rig, FC-11 at the north-west corner of the Navia region. To enter the base, you need to have read the Hyena Classified Documents from their Banges Base. To enter the Banges base, you must complete the Hyenas’ Secret side mission.
Morgley will request for an Iced strawberry soda, which you can make by cooking together Strawberries, Honey and Carbonated water. The first two are commonly found while exploring, while you must buy the water from food vendors at Astra or Banges. Choose the “Creation” option at any Cooker and chuck in multiples of each ingredient to boost the success rate.
Obtain two Tool sets¶
This bit is slightly easier, but requires a bit of foreknowledge.
You’ll need two Tool set items, which can only be obtained by opening a Fine gift. You can obtain Fine gifts from the Points Store, accessible via the Commissary in the top-right menu. Points can be earned by challenging the Training Facilities dotted around the world. If you’re lacking points, open up your mini-map and look for some active Training Facilities!
After buying two Fine gifts, open your Backpack and open the gifts up (located in the Materials tab). Then choose 2 Tool sets.
Activate the three radio towers¶
Please refer to the above screenshots for the location of the three radio towers. You can also view them on our map:
If neither of those options work for some reason, fast-travel to the Navia Omnium Tower, then look south. Tower A is straight ahead, near Ruin C-02. Tower B is to the right, near the Northern Seventh Day Forest spacerift. Finally, Tower C is further right, on the edge of Raincaller Island.
We recommend heading to Radio Tower A first, the one near Ruin C-02. Head inside the control room at the top of the ladder from the tower’s base. At the back, where the window is, there’s a terminal that you can inspect. Select the Affix Components option to install the Console Components from Morgley at the Navia oil rig, then choose Device Activation.
Radio Tower B has become a base for Hyena thugs, led by Fifis of the Young Brothers. They’re hardly a threat though, so go ahead and obliterate them so you can investigate in peace. On the level where the control room is, there are three heavily damaged console boxes: two inside the control room and one outside.
Inspect all three and fix them using the two Tool sets you obtained earlier. These Tool sets are not consumed. Once you’ve repaired all three console boxes, head over to the terminal by the window and select Device Activation.
Finally, Radio Tower C requires no preparation, kind of. When you go over to the terminal in the control room, you’ll be asked to enter a password. We’ll save you some time looking for clues and tell you the password: 5972. If successful, you’ll be able to select Device Activation.
Having activated all three radio towers, the teleporter below the Navia Ecological Park will function. So get your butt over there and enter the park!
What to do at the Navia Ecological Park¶
Inside the Navia Ecological Park, there’s a bunch of supply pods waiting to be looted.
In total, there are four regular Type I supply pods, which form a ring around the central structure. One of these supply pods happens to contain a Voyager Hull x1. If you collect all four pieces, you can obtain the Voyager vehicle!
Furthermore, at the top of that structure, there’s a Special Supply Pod that contains the SSR relic Colossus Arm. This is an extremely powerful offensive relic, which we recommend deploying ASAP!
