Tower of Fantasy may have just launched its global version of the game, but Level Infinite and co revealed that Tower of Fantasy 2.0 is coming to the global launch a lot sooner than expected. While we don’t know the full story just yet, there is some idea of what is coming to the global version of 2.0, thanks to a quick showcase at Gamescom. Here is what we can expect from the Tower of Fantasy 2.0 global features.

Tower of Fantasy 2.0 sneak peek for global¶

There’s quite a lot coming to the Tower of Fantasy 2.0, featuring brand new continent called Vera, a desert region with Pyramids, and other antics. Like Astra, players will find new regions to explore, world bosses to fight, and collectables to gather and unlock. We know one of the new collectables is a yellow floating bike-type vehicle. Think speeder bike from Star Wars but yellow and more Cyberpunk.

The main region in the Vera looks to be called the Mirror City, largely thanks to its large glass panes and reflections. Moreso, the city has a Cyberpunk aesthetic, which is different from the rustic design of the Tower of Fantasy map we know so far. Players will find more instanced content, Ruins, and other event content throughout Vera and the Mirrored City. In addition, expect new character launches, weapons and other items to enhance your personal gameplay experience and playstyles.

Outside of that, the trailer and announcements were not too specific. However, we are aware of the gameplay from the expansion thanks to Chinese server gameplay. We know that the Mirrored City will have new and unique methods of travel, featuring floating taxis around the city. Moreso, players, can easily glide and jetpack around the city if they so wish. Moreso, it seems to come with an expansion level cap rise to level 80, as we can see from some Chinese server players.

Overall, expect more of what you know with the overworld from Tower of Fantasy, a new story, and some fresh new content to go with it. Keep your eyes peeled on the socials of Tower of Fantasy for more information on the game.
