Moving Fees Paid!¶
When you pay off the 5,000 Nook Miles moving fee, you’ll earn this achievement.

No More Loan Payments!¶
When you pay off your first home loan, you’ll earn some miles for it! To pay off your home loan, you need to head over to the Nookstop in Resident Services.

Dream House¶

To unlock these achievements, you’ll need to change the appearance of your home. You can do this when you unlock options to change the exterior of your house. For more information, click here.

Hoard Reward¶
These are easy achievements to unlock as they only require that you put furniture in your home. You can put any items of furniture but to achieve these miles.

Decorated Decorator¶
This achievement is unlocked when your house earns an S ranking with the HHA. This is achieved through decorating your house will expensive and cohesive furniture and collectable items from special events.

Good Things in Store!¶
These achievements are unlocked through storing items in your home storage. You can store almost anything in your storage so these achievements will be relatively easy to unlock. You will have to upgrade your house to have access to at least 200 slots of storage space.
