Location Objective
Wastelands, Nohr Rout the enemy.

Map of Paralogue 11.

Hinata’s son, Hisame, can be recruited here. Similar to some other Paralogues, he’s way out in the middle of the field and can be easily shredded if you do this Paralogue later. But unlike some other Paralogues, he won’t move. So as long as you can make it in time and talk to him using Hinata, you should be fine. Unlike Shiro and Selkie, Hisame won’t move, making this a tad easier, as he’s less likely to get himself in trouble. Talk to him with Hinata.

The only enemies are Faceless, who hit hard but have terrible accuracy. If you fight at a higher level in this Paralogue, some of the Faceless will, however, have some really weird combinations of skills. Notable skills to beware include Counter, Vengeance, Poison Strike, Life or Death, and Vantage. Ew. Some Faceless may also have -breaker skills, so don’t use the weapon they “break” against them. (Shurikenbreaker, for example, will grant them lots of accuracy, and make your own accuracy drastically fall, if you are using a Shuriken or Dagger). HP+5 also shows up here, making some of the Faceless more tanky than usual. Make sure you check the enemy’s skills before charging in.

Look at the difference between a foot unit and a flying unit on a Waste-terrain tile!

Your main enemy isn’t going to be the Faceless, but the terrain. Called Waste , certain parts of the land will cut movement by ten. This means every single unit you have except for fliers (and Takumi with Fujin Yumi) will be reduced to one tile of movement. Ouch. Use flying units to ferry your valuable fighters, rather than trying to trek through the Waste. And, if you can, simply try to avoid as much Waste as you can altogether.

Upon completion of this Paralogue, Hisame will join your army permanently!
