This Assignment can be accepted at any point after you defeat the Thorian on Feros. This Assignment is hidden on the journal until completion.
The MSV Cornucopia is in the Caspian system of the Maroon Sea cluster.
How to Begin¶
This Assignment is handled differently to most of the other Assignments in the game. You’ll never be directed to the freighter and you won’t receive a Journal entry until the Assignment is complete. Once you’ve defeated the Thorian on Feros, make your way to the Caspian system in the Maroon Sea cluster and land on the MSV Cornucopia.
Explore the ship¶
Once onboard, make your way through the desolate corridors until you reach the main room, you’ll immediately notice that due to the arrangement of the cargo, your path is rather limited. This is even more of an issue once you’re ambushed by Husks as there’s not much room to maneouver and their discharge can get you from behind the boxes. Instead, take it slowly and keep up Barrier if you have it. Likewise, pay attention to your radar as many Husks will attempt to flank you, getting caught between two on the higher difficulties will most certainly spell death.

Once you’ve cleared the area and reach the other side, head into the back rooms to find two rooms to the left and right of the corridor leading to loot. The door up ahead leads to the cockpit where you’ll find logs that detail the fate of this freighter, both adding and completing the Assignment.
