A Legacy Chest is a special type of storage which can be used to transfer items from one character to another. Before you can transfer an item, you need to find a Legacy Chest within the world of Aurai. There are four locations where the chests can be found; Cierzo, Enmerkar Forest, Abrassar, and Hallowed Marsh.
To access each Legacy Chest you will need to complete specific tasks, as detailed in the region-specific guides linked above. Once you have completed each task you will be able to place almost any item that you wish in the chest, ready to be inherited by a new character. Your new character will then need to complete the same tasks to be able to access a particular Legacy Chest. Each chest can contain only one item, allowing for a total of four items to be inherited if the new character is able to access all four chests, and if your ancestor character has put an item in each.
