The Perfume Trader is a contract that you will get while playing through the side content in the game. You will need to complete a prerequisite contract before it becomes available. The Perfume Tracer requires you to seek out some evidence in a restricted area. The guide below goes over where to find the evidence and how to complete the contract.
When Does The Perfume Trader Contract Become Available?¶
The Perfume Trader is a contract that won’t unlock until after you complete The Marked Coins contract. After this, The Perfume Trader contract will appear on the bureau board for you to pick up. Once you are ready, accept it and use the contact section of your menu to track its location.
Evidence Locations at the Oil Maker’s District¶
The Perfume Trade will take you to the Oil Maker’s District. Once again, you will be sneaking into a restricted area. If you want the bonus rewards, then you must remain undetected during this mission. Luckily, both clues you need are inside of the building within the zone. We recommend you climb up the wall near the main building and take out any guards you see up top. Once this is done, make your way into the flower pile near the building and assassinate the nearby guard.
Once it’s all clear, scale the building and climb onto the balcony. You will be entering through the window. You can use your Eagle Vision to help track down the clues. There is one in a pot on the first floor and one in a bag on the second floor. Once you have both pieces of evidence, unbar the back door and use it to easily sneak out of the restricted zone. You now only need to deliver your findings to the Delegate.
The Perfume Trader Rewards¶
The Delegate will give you 45 components, two Merchant Favor tokens, and two skill points for completing the contract. If you manage to go undetected, then you will also receive 65 Dirhams and an additional two Merchant Favor tokens. Once you receive your rewards, the Perfume Trader contract will be complete.
