Mani Wheels are prayer wheels that are one of the game’s collectibles, which will give you a decent Karma bonus for each one spun. There’s a total of 40 Mani Wheels hidden throughout Kyrat, although none of them are truly hard to find. In fact, you will get one automatically as part of the Cultural Exchange story mission.
You can buy maps that reveal the locations of the collectibles (sans Yalung Masks, as they have their own set of maps) by going to any shop in the game, with the maps all being available from the beginning of the game. The maps are split into four different regions and buying all four of them will set you back a total of 210,000 Kyrati Rupees.
Mani Wheels aren’t really hidden that much and all you have to do is go up to one and hold the designated button to spin it.
