This mission will begin at the Ghale Homestead, where Yogi and Reggie will introduce a thangka painting to you. However, it has been torn to pieces and spread throughout Kyrat, so you’ll need to hunt them down one by one, with the first piece being in a cave to the west. When you get to the cave, you’ll find that there’s Hunters guarding the entrance, five to be exact.
Kill them and head inside, where you can grapple down the hole and find even more. You want to get onto the makeshift bridge, which will lead into a room with the thangka piece. Inspect it to be transported to a mysterious place, where your character will now be speaking another language. Once you regain control, simply do as the character said and jump off the cliff.
You’ll reappear in some water, so swim up through the spiral of fish and to the surface, climbing onto land. From here, there’s a path ahead, so just follow it until you eventually reach a white tiger that’s injured. When you can, pull the knife out of it and the tiger will disappear, so continue moving until you encounter some blue creature that’s hacking away at something.
It will disappear, so keep moving until you encounter it again, but the tiger from before reappears to help kill the enemy. The white tiger is now your ally and at your command. You can simply aim at one of demons and press the secondary weapon button to send the tiger after that demon. As with controlling Ajay, you can tag enemies with your “camera” and the tiger will also disappear whenever an enemy’s around.
Go up the stairs and use the tiger to dispatch the demon straight ahead, then you’ll have the option of going after one of two objectives next. These are two giant Mani Wheels you have to spin, but both will be surrounded by the demons you’ve already encountered. Take things slow, as you only have a knife, and let your tiger friend do all the work.
The best thing about the tiger is that if it gets killed, it will eventually respawn (a timer in the bottom left corner will appear). So, you can stay far away and just keep using the tiger to defeat all the enemies. Note that a second Seeker can be found near the right Mani Wheel, should you want to grab it. Once you manage to get spin both Mani Wheels, you can continue up the stairs in the middle of the area.
As soon as you reach the top of the stairs, you’re introduced to a new type of enemy, the Scorcher. As their name suggests, they can spew flames from their mouth and also require a slightly different way to defeat them. Sending the tiger after them will cause a distraction, allowing you to get behind them and perform a Takedown maneuver.
That’s not to say that the tiger can’t defeat the Scorcher on its own, but it will take a couple of times of it attacking the enemy. Of course, there’s also the regular enemies lurking around, so you’ll have to be careful. Note that one more Scorcher will spawn when you are about to go up the spiraling ramp. When all enemies are gone, go up the ramp and free the Bell of Enlightenment to finish the mission.
