Speak with Jullus again to accompany him.¶
Travel around the back of the building to (X: 115.2 Y: 28.2 Z: 0.4) to find Jullus.

Speak with Jullus, then follow Alphinaud and Alisaie.¶
Follow Alphinaud and Alisaie all the way to Lininal Station IV at (X: 22.7 Y: 24.5 Z: 0.1) to the green-blie circle and talk to Jullus once more to trigger a cutscene.
