OG Loc is having some problems with Madd Dogg’s manager, Scipio, and he wants you to take him out. He never leaves Madd Dogg’s side, except for an awards ceremony. You will learn that one of the manager’s drivers is eating at a Burger Shot across town, so you will be intercepting him to take over his duties. However, you need to steal his car and meet the other drivers before 10pm, which is 22:00 on the in-game clock. That means you will have six minutes to reach the driver, steal his car and meet with the others. Of course, while on the way, Loc will call you and tell you the driver just left the Burger Shot.

If you were quick, you should be very close to the Burger Shot, meaning you will be able to cut him off really quickly. The game says to damage the car in order to lure out the driver, but you could just park in front of the car to make it stop. This is important, since damaging the car at all will require you to repair it at the Pay ‘n’ Spray. Doing this can be extra annoying, as backing out of the garage of the Pay ‘n’ Spray makes you risk damaging the car again. Thankfully, the Pay ‘n’ Spray is very close to the Burger Shot, so if you do decide to damage the car, kill the driver and quickly jack the vehicle.
Once you have the vehicle and it’s all nice and shiny, drive carefully to meet the other drivers. You will have to park in the same direction as the other two vehicles, so you may need to turn around, but be extremely careful not to damage your vehicle. While driving to the awards show, you have to stay in the middle position of the motorcade, which isn’t too bad. Park at the spot where the game tells you upon reaching the ceremony, then wait for the manager to enter the vehicle. He wants you to bring him back to Madd Dogg’s mansion, but CJ has chose to take the “scenic route.”

There will be a pier to the south of the current location and that will be your goal. The other two vehicles will be chasing you here, but you should be more than fine at evading them. Once you do reach the pier, as designated by the blip on your minimap, go full speed to the end of the pier and bail out at the last second, using the instructions given to you. When the little scene is over at the end of the mission, you will be done.
