This page details how you can destroy Meavora Statues in Tchia. There are 10 of these statues all around the world and your challenge is to destroy them.
Where to Get Explosives for Meavora Statues¶
You would be forgiven for thinking that you might be able destroy Meavora Statues using your sling shot or soul jumping into a rock and flinging yourself at it. However, though these statues are fragile, they won’t break that easily!
How do you destroy these Meavora Statues?!
Instead, you need to find some sort of explosive to break apart the statue. And the solution for this one is definitely not readily apparent at first.
Firstly, you’ll need to find yourself a chicken. You can usually find them in populated areas. If you’ve found a Meavora Statue, you’ll probably not be too far from a commune where you can find chickens.
Find yourself a chicken and beeline for the nearest Meavora Statue!
Next, soul-jump into the chicken and make your way over to a Meavora Statue. Whilst inside a chicken you can lay eggs…and these soul-jumped eggs are explosive! Once you’ve layed an egg as a chicken, quickly soul-jump into the egg and soul-throw the egg at the statue. This will be enough to destroy the statue - yay!
Alternatively, you can also just lay the egg and stow it away in your item wheel inventory. Then you can use the egg at a later date. Once you are able to fully explore the map, you will be able to find a Soul-Melody that allows you to summon an explosive plant. This particular one is found on a very small island on the southern side of Madra Noj. There is a larger island, called Xupi Maano there and directly south is the smaller island with the Rock Climbing Spot that unlocks the Soul-Melody. It has a short cooldown of 30 seconds, too, and you can store the explosive fruit in your backpack!
