Pi Chi is an apprentice seamstress that can be found northeast of the inn in Goldpaw, wishing to find a full-time position and what better place than Evermore. However, before she can join you, she requires a binding thread, one of grass-green in color. Green-grass thread is going to be hard to find when this quest first becomes available, but if you wait a little bit and progress the main story farther into Chapter 4, then you will be able to easily get your hands on some.

Whenever you are required to recruit Bai Gon and Min Ti for your army, you will be required to do their sidequests. They are very simple ones and Min Ti’s only requires a sleep-be-gone. Once you finish it, you will receive five Green-Grass Threads, so just give one of those to Pi Chi to finish her sidequest.
