You’re looking for Long Mein, who will probably be sitting in front of whatever facility you have him assigned to

Speio saw someone in distress in her dream, who she insists is a citizen of Evermore, and she wants you to track him down. The only clue you have to go by is that this person has “bushy brown hair and two round ears atop their head.” This person is Long Mein, so you’ll need to find him in the town. When you speak to him, you find out he had accidentally eaten some poisonous Toadstools and wishes for you to get him five Venom-Be-Gones to get rid of the poison. Thankfully, you can just go to the General Store and purchase five of them. Bring them back to Long Mein and the quest will be finished.
