Upon entering Chapter 7, Swift Solutions will have a minor update and have a few new citizens for you to scout. One of these is Kimmy, so pick this quest up with some Tokens (listed above) and seek her out in Broadleaf. She will be found in Upper Midtown and is actually one of the cops found with Cindy May for [Sidequest 078] (if you did that quest first). Simply speak to her to have Kimmy join your kingdom.
You are Evan Pettiwhisker Tildrum, a young boy that is to become the king of Ding Dong Dell. After the passing of his father, he was to inherit the throne, but a coup d’etat by his truster adviser put his life in danger. Thanks to a mysterious stranger named Roland, he is saved, but not without losing his kingdom in the process.
