How to Start Where’s My Engagement Ring?¶

Where’s My Engagement Ring? is a hidden request that you can begin during your limited time at the Mishelam resort during the end of Chapter 3 Day 4. You must complete this Request straight away, if you advance the game to the auction in the evening, it will have already been too late to begin and complete this Request.

Once you set foot on the Mishelam Resort, head into the mall area and go into Hotel Delphinia. Take the eastern hallway and enter the first room on your right here to find Toma, in the corner of the room in a bit of a panic. Speak with him to learn that he was planning to propose to his partner tonight but it appears that he’s somehow lost his engagement ring, roping the SSS into helping him find it.

How to Complete Where’s My Engagement Ring?¶

Thankfully, this request is a simple one that requires no combat, just a bit of investigative work as you explore the resort. There is more than one ring scattered around the resort and you’ll need to begin by finding them all as Toma has no recollection of where he may have dropped it. Start by going to the following locations for the first set of rings:

• From the lobby, head north and into Restaurant Fortuna to spot a glimmer on the chair in front of you. Examine it to obtain the Platinum Ring.

• Return to the lobby and leave the mall area via the southern exit. Make your way down to the front of the boat and look in the far-left corner for a glimmer to obtain the Gold Ring.

• Go back to the lobby and take the north exit and follow it back outside. This will bring you to the Wonderland entrance and you’ll find another glimmer near the fountain, pick it up to obtain the Pearl Ring.

Once you have all three rings on hand, return to Toma at the Hotel Delphinia and present them to him to learn that none of them are his engagement ring. He will, however, remember where he last had the ring, the residential area!

Leave Hotel Delphinia and head west at the lobby to reach the residential area. Continue west along the path and then head south down the stairs to find a fishing spot in the corner that happens to glimmer. Use any Rod and Bait combo you wish and when you catch a fish, you’ll obtain the Engagement Ring at long last. Take this back to Toma and hand it over to complete the Request, he’ll hand over a rare Invigorate Quartz as thanks for helping him find the ring. This handy Quartz will allow you to gain CP by attacking enemies on the field.
