The mountain peak overlooking Kakariko Village. (left), You can find over a dozen Blue Nightshade here. (right)

The best place to gather Blue Nightshade is from the mountain peak a short distance north of Kakariko Village, as well as from the nearby Great Fairy Fountain.

(1 of 3) Wetlands near Farosh Hill in the Faron region.

If you somehow need more Blue Nightshade, lots of them can be found in the wetlands near Farosh Hills in the Faron region. You can fast-travel to the Shae Katha Shrine at the Spring of Courage, then travel west.

Also, a dozen or so Blue Nightshade are located in the north-western section of the Lost Woods, along the path to the Daag Chokah Shrine. Mostly near the entrance and exit. After finishing the corresponding shrine quest, it can be somewhat hard to walk back to the shrine though.
