There are some some new paintings to track down in the Shadow of the Erdtree and with them comes some puzzles that you’ll need to solve in order to obtain their rewards! On this page, we’ll provide the necessary steps to finding all three paintings.
Every Painting in Shadow of the Erdtree¶
As mentioned above, there are three paintings to track down in the latest DLC of Elden Ring and their locations can be found below:
The Sacred Tower Painting Location¶
(1 of 2) Head northeast of the Scorched Ruins
Head northeast of the Scorched Ruins (left), to find The Sacred Tower Painting. (right)
The Sacred Tower Painting can easily be found from the beginning of the DLC. Simply head northeast of the
Scorched Ruins until you come across a small cave. If you complete the puzzle related to this specific painting, then you’ll be rewarded with a
Spiraltree Seal.
Incursion Painting Location¶

Head to the Artist’s Shack (left), to find the Incursion Painting (right)
The Incursion Painting can be found by fast traveling to the Cliffroad Terminus Site of Grace (southwest of the map) and then follow the path along to the southeast until you reach a rocky mountain. Scale the mountain via the horse and then you’ll come across the Artist Shack which is home to the painting. If you complete the puzzle related to this specific painting, then you’ll be rewarded with a
Serpent Crest Shield.
Domain of Dragons Painting Location¶

Head to the Shadow Keep (left), to find the Domain of Dragons Painting underneath the Storehouse, First Floor Site of Grace. (right)
The Domain of Dragons Painting can be found by fast traveling to the Storehouse, First Floor Site of Grace in the
Shadow Keep dungeon, then follow the path around to the southeast and climb down the ladder directly next to a corpse. Walk behind the waterfall and climb down another ladder to find the painting at the end of the corridor. If you complete the puzzle related to this specific painting, then you’ll be rewarded with a
Rock Heart.
