The forces of Chaos are on the attack, and their target is Aurora itself. Boltered with nigh infinite reinforcements due to a warp beacon, the Thousand Sons have the tactical advantage, and if Titus and his squad are to succeed in their objectives, this device must be destroyed. The forces of Chaos aren’t content to rest on their laurels, however, and have deployed a Heldrake in the defense of the warp beacon - a daunting foe for the secondary squad to overcome. Of course, there are also Dataslates to be found, and the stakes are never too high for a bit of collectible hunting. This page will help you find all the Dataslates in the first Operations mode mission, Reliquary in Space Marine 2.

Reliquary Dataslates¶
This mission can be split into two halves - before you’re dealing with the Heldrake as an active threat, and after. Most of the mission you’ll be dealing with the objective “Proceed to the Warp Beacon”, which is occasionally interrupted by other subobjectives. Start out by stomping through numerous cemeteries and catacombs, purging heresy as you go, eventually entering a building where you’ll find the first Dataslate.
After completing some busywork subobjectives, you’ll finally escape this building and take an elevator down, only to be greeted by the Heldrake, who will serve first as an environmental hazard for much of the level, then a boss. Fight your way across a bridge, ducking into side buildings to avoid Heldrake breath and dispatching Thousand Sons as you go. The bridge is segmented into three stretches, with two buildings breaking up these bridge segments. The second Dataslate can be found in a balcony off the first building.
Once across the bridge you’ll be near the Heldrake boss battle, at which point any Dataslates will be missed.
Dataslate 01: Servitor Greeting, Demerium¶
From the start of the mission, make your way through various cemeteries and catacombs and eventually you’ll need to use a terminal to open a door. Do so, then drop down a ledge near a weapon loadout pod to find… more terminals. To the left of this cluster of terminals - your current objective - are some stairs. Head up the stairs to the left and search the far end of the balcony to find this Dataslate on the floor, near a cluster of candles.
If you interact with the terminal, the objective will change to “Search Servitors’ Bodies for a Fusion Core” - there’s actually another objective after this, too, before you leave the area, giving you plenty of opportunity to find this Dataslate. You’ll only miss it if you take an elevator down to the next part of the mission.

Dataslate 02: Heretic Attack, Demerium¶
After finding the first Dataslate, complete the other objectives in this building, including searching the corpses of servitors and following a servo-skull around. After this, some doors will open and you’ll be able to ride an elevator down, during which the Heldrake will appear. Kill the Thousand Sons that spawn and cross a bridge, using side buildings to shelter from the Heldrake’s breath.
Continue on until you reach a building in the middle of the bridge - ignore a ramp leading down and enter via the main entrance in the middle of the bridge, only to find your way forward blocked by rubble. Just as well - go through a doorway to the right to reach a metal balcony. Turn right again and search atop a crate to find the second Dataslate.
